1. Booking and Check-In
– Guests are encouraged to reserve in advance. Walk-ins are allowed subject to availability.
– All guests must register at the reception upon arrival.
– Full payment is required before check-in.

Staying overnight at the Kubo
– Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
– Check-Out Time: 11:00 PM
– Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Quiet Hours
– Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
– Kindly keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

3. Bringing Food
– Guests are allowed to bring their own food, but must sign a Food Safety Waiver at check-in.
– Large groups may pre-order meals from our accredited food suppliers. Inquire in advance.
– Please observe a strict Clean-As-You-Go (CLAYGO) policy. Dispose of all trash properly in designated bins.

4. Events & Celebrations
– For team building, weddings, and other events, kindly request a quotation from our Sales Team.
– All tents, sound systems, and catering must be arranged only through our accredited suppliers.
– Guests who wish to bring their own suppliers will be charged applicable corkage fees, subject to prior approval.

5. Pool Safety
– Pool hours: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
– No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk.
– Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
– Proper swimwear is required. Strictly no running, diving, or rough play.
– No food or drinks near the pool area. Keep the area clean and dry.

6. Use of Facilities
– Guests must use facilities responsibly and report any damage.
– Vandalism or intentional damage will be charged accordingly.

7. Pets
– Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash or in carriers at all times.
– Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior, cleanliness, and waste disposal.
– Aggressive pets or those that cause disturbance may be asked to leave the premises.

8. Safety and Security
– The resort is a drug-free and weapon-free zone.
– Unruly behavior, excessive drinking, or disturbing other guests may lead to removal from the premises.
– Management is not liable for any lost or stolen items. Keep your valuables secured.

9. Vehicle and Parking Policy
– Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
– Guests are responsible for locking their vehicles and securing valuables.
– The resort is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles.

10. Cleanliness, Waste Management & Environmental Responsibility
– Follow the resort’s Clean As You Go (CLAYGO) policy in all areas.
– Guests must observe proper waste segregation and use designated trash bins accordingly.
– Littering is not allowed.
– Please help preserve the natural beauty of our resort.
– Refrain from picking plants, disturbing wildlife, or polluting the river and surroundings.
– Swimming or any recreational activity in the river is strictly prohibited without prior approval from management.
– Throwing of any garbage into the river is strictly prohibited. A fine of ₱500 will be charged for violations.

– Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
– Illegal substances, gambling, and unruly conduct are strictly prohibited.
– Management reserves the right to refuse entry or evict guests who violate any resort policies without refund.
